Shipping Method and ETA
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 10 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via the shipping method chosen on the website. Ground order are estimated to arrive between 1 - 7 business days transit time (Monday through Friday).
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Hawaii and Alaska shipping charges are additional and will be calculated once order is placed. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. You will receive a tracking link in your email to so you can track your package.
Shipping Delays / Out of Stock Items
We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.
Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a $10.00 non-refundable correction fee.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged a $35.00 restocking fee.
Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.
Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original, unopened packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
Returns and Warranty
All of our items are protected by a 30 Day Warranty. If your item is defective and within Warranty you may contact one of friendly Customer Service Representatives in order to obtain further instructions. If parts are needed, we will promptly ship replacement parts free of charge. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if we find the cause to be from wear and tear the customer may incur repair charges and be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In order to return your item you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 Days of purchase from a Customer Service Representative. All of our items are protected by a 30 Day Limited Warranty. There are absolutely no refunds for any open items regardless of damage or performance, all sales are FINAL. Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Refunds
If the customer has any dissatisfaction with our products they have the option to receive a refund (30% of the principle amount will charged as handling and restocking fee) product must be in new condition and not used. There is absolutely no refund on shipping and handling charges.
Scooters and Bikes - Safety Policy
Just like any other motorized vehicle, riding a pocket bike could be dangerous and serious injury or death is possible. Wear an ANSI or Snell approved helmet at all times when riding a pocket bike. Be sure to always wear the chinstrap securely buckled. For wet weather impairs traction, braking, and visibility. The risk of accident is dramatically increased in wet conditions. Riding at dusk, after dark, or at times of poor visibility is dangerous and can result in serious injury or death since cars and other vehicles may not see the rider. We are not responsible for any mishaps to the rider. Rider/buyer and parents accept all risks.
Scooters and Bikes - Damage Policy
All of our vehicles pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the motor powered vehicle has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged motor powered vehicle, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged motor powered vehicle.
Returned Products
Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once a return authorization number has been issued by our customer service dept. A valid RMA return authorization number must be marked outside the box. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
